Accounts and progress

Google sign-in provides an account identifier, email and profile name. The website stores account details, sessions, saved workouts and program completion records in Cloudflare D1. Signed-in progress is associated with your account. Guest program checkmarks are stored in this browser's local storage and are not automatically merged into an account.

Cookies and security

Session cookies keep you signed in. Security and rate-limit records help protect login and challenge submissions. The calculator runs in your browser; its inputs are not sent to the advertising integration. Browser storage can be cleared through browser settings, which removes guest checkmarks.

Challenge and notifications

Camera movement analysis runs in your browser; challenge video is not uploaded by the challenge implementation. A submitted ranked score publishes your chosen display name, country and repetition count. Network hashes are used for attempt limits; retained scores have old network hashes cleared after 24 hours. Operational Telegram alerts report new account country (approximate), a first program save or submitted challenge count/country, without names, emails or raw IP addresses.

External services

Cloudflare hosts the site and database and provides Turnstile bot verification. Google provides sign-in. Playing a YouTube video connects to YouTube, which may show its own ads and process data under its policies. External YouTube and Gumroad links have their own privacy practices. Stripe membership features are currently in test mode; use test payment details only. Private Stream playback is not yet configured.

Advertising and email

The site's Google AdSense verification remains in place. Website ad requests are currently disabled in configuration; no new placements have been enabled. If advertising is enabled later, Google may process visitor data subject to the required consent setup. The newsletter provider is not configured, so the demo signup does not store or send your email.

Your choices

You can sign out, remove saved workouts, undo completion days and clear guest browser storage. For account access or deletion requests, contact the email above. Data is not represented as automatically deleted when you simply sign out. No fixed account-retention period is currently promised.
